Welcome to my personal blog!

My goal is to use this blog to educate and inspire people coming back from injury. I specialise in helping people evolve from pain to performance.

I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves by improving their movement, mindset, nutrition and lifestyle.

I am very grateful to have mentored under some exceptional coaches, learnt from international experts, worked in a number of high-performance environments and professional sports teams.

My site will be a place to write down my thoughts, beliefs and experiences from working in the industry for close to 10 years to help others on their journey.

I will be covering topics around injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, nutrition, health, movement and recovery.
